Hallo

I recently got stats for this page (I know I’m going to regret this, yet another thing to obsess over) and made the rather startling discovery that I get a lot of hits from the Netherlands. I suppose some of them might actually be from Belgium? My friend Marisa lives there…who knows. Anyway, I figured I’d take the opportunity to say a big “hoe gaat het?” to my apparent legions of Dutch fans. I have no idea why you like this page, but thanks :)

In other news, my stupid mobile got cut off by the evil megacorp. Of course, they didn’t send me any notification, and it’s because I’m 2 weeks overdue paying them $50, which is wildly obnoxious. They’re probably going to try and shake me down for vast quantities of cash to get it reconnected and, of course, I don’t get paid for a couple of days so I’m going to be out of contact for a while. As I use the mobile almost exclusively these days, this is irritating to the extreme.

I also woke up this morning with a small but highly visible scratch on my upper lip (near my filtrum) and have absolutely no clue how it got there. Perhaps my darkest nightmares have come true and my budgies have started to attack me in my sleep. (They’re bloodthirsty little bastards)
